1. How do I make my choice?
Carefully and slowly: We have plenty of designs, eight sizes and nearly forty colours.
Click on the PRODUCT SPECS button. The pop-up page will help you make your choice.

2. How do I pay?
We use two processing companies - 2checkout.com and paypal.com. Press the button of your choice and follow the instructions.

3. Can I place an order by mail?
You may pay by mail only with money order or certified cheque. Please send us your choice of design, colour, size and quantity supported by your money order or certified cheque to the following address:

Keep in mind such orders take more time for processing.

4. Are online payments secure?
Our processing companies securely transmit all electronic payments using
Secure Locket Layer technology with state of the art encryption facilities.

5. How much is a t-shirt?
All designs, sizes and colours have one and the same price - US$19.97. Insurance of your garment is included in the price.

6. Does Fonteam International have an access to my credit card information?
Not at all. The processing companies supply us only with your address to help us
deliver the merchandise. We neither see nor have access to your personal credit card information.

7. Do you have any money-back guarantee for your products?
All t-shirts sold by Fonteam International carry thirty days money-back guarantee.

8. How much time does it take to process my order?
All orders are customized and personalized and they go through a vigorous quality control procedures. It takes time to do it right. We usually ship in several days after your order is confirmed.

9. Will my order be insured?
Yes, all shipments are insured for the full amount of the order.

10. Do I have to pay for shipping and handling?
No, all shipping and handling, anywhere in the world is free. Client pays shipping charges only when orders in bulk (more than 24 t-shirts of one and the same design).

11. How do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped by Air mail as soon as your garment goes through required procedures. It is up to the local carriers to deliver the merchandise. Usually shipping times are 1-4 weeks depending on where you are.

12. Can I cancel an order?
Yes, but the cancellation must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.

13. What kind of t-shirts do you use?
We strive for impeccable customer satisfaction. That is why we only use top of the range Guildan Ultra T's.

14. Are t-shirts 100% cotton?
Yes, all are made of 100% pre-shrink jersey cotton.

15. What about if I make a mistake ordering?
Please, please, please look at the design, size and colour chart here. Avoid mistakes because we make each shirt specifically for each customer and it takes time, money and resources to correct errors.

16. May I return a t-shirt for refund?
For a full product return or exchange, please send back your t-shirt to us within 30 days of your purchase. Include the merchandise in original condition - no worn or washed t-shirts. Also, include a copy of the invoice you received from the processing company (2checkout.com, paypal.com or fonteaminternational.com) with a note indicating if you prefer replacement, exchange or refund. Keep in mind that all orders are customized and personalized and they can not be returned for reasons other than processing errors and/or defects in materials or workmanship. Our recommendation: send us your returned product(s) insured against loss. If the package is not delivered to us, we can not give you a refund.

17. Why do you offer such a variety of designs, sizes and colours?
Our goal is to fully satisfy the discriminating and sophisticated buyer giving him/her a chance to stand out in a faceless and uniformed world.

18. Are some of the shirts carrying offensive messages?
Yes, some of the messages can shock your sensitivity, but they are not created to hurt anybody's feelings. They are designed for intelligent buyers people who haven't forgotten to think…and laugh.

19. Is USD19.97 a good price for your garment?
This is actually a great price for an item that will make you stand out: our designs are considered a cutting edge and the most creative in the world; t-shirts are of superior quality; prints are designed to last; insurance is also included in price.

20. Do I have to expect any additional charges?
No at our side - in North America. You are responsible for any taxes, import duties, fees, tariffs or whatever your country tries to charge you.

21. Is there any discount price for bulk orders?
For orders of more than 24 t-shirts of one and the same design price is $16.95. With bulk orders shipping is paid by client. In bulk orders size, colour and quantity may vary, only design must be one and the same.

22. What do I have to do if may order is delayed?
Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for delays in postal service. Our advice? Be patient.

23. What about if I have a technical problem ordering online?
As we all know technology is assumed guilty until proven innocent. Contact us at sales@fonteaminternational.com. We'll answer your request as soon as we can. Usually it takes 2-8 hours, depending on the time zone.
